Tasks
- Partner with leaders, employees, and works council stakeholders
- Deliver effective, trust-based HR support and people initiatives
- Own end-to-end HR lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with HR Services and functional partners
- Manage talent acquisition, talent management, salary review, and engagement actions
- Drive employee relations and change management
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and HR policies
- Support global hosted positions as Hosting Manager
- Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives
- Expand impact across regional and global populations
