Requirements

  • •Informatiker/in EFZ or equivalent qualification
  • •2+ years ICT Support or Workplace Engineering experience
  • •Expertise in Windows 11, M365, and Teams
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
  • •Interest in Microsoft Copilot and AI troubleshooting
  • •High emotional intelligence and service-first mindset
  • •Ability to explain complex tech simply
  • •Professional English and advantageous German skills

Tasks

  • •Serve as the onsite Microsoft 365 expert
  • •Focus on collaborative platforms and AI tools
  • •Coach colleagues on M365 and AI automation
  • •Resolve complex, high-touch technical incidents
  • •Manage the full hardware lifecycle via Intune
  • •Monitor device health and security compliance
  • •Proactively replace aging hardware
  • •Coordinate with vendors for high-tier repairs
  • •Manage Entra ID onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • •Maintain least-privilege access standards
  • •Partner on security and governance audits
  • •Maintain an AI-searchable knowledge base
  • •Document standard operating procedures for local infrastructure
