- Implement and maintain global Test Strategy
- Standardize testing processes and methodologies
- Govern testing toolset for consistency and efficiency
- Establish and monitor enterprise quality metrics
- Lead governance communication and reporting
- Ensure adoption of standards in test design, environments, data management, and traceability
- Govern defect triage, prioritization, resolution, and validation
- Oversee re-testing and regression strategies
- Coach and mentor Test Managers and Team Leaders
- Support critical test campaigns and high-impact releases
