Requirements
- •Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- •4+ years of experience in IT support or similar role
- •Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- •Experience with Windows operating systems and common office productivity software
- •Microsoft 365 certification is a plus
- •Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, features, and administration tools
- •Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity, email delivery, and other common M365 issues
- •Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other relevant technologies
- •Excellent customer service and communication skills
- •Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- •Patience and empathy when working with users of varying technical proficiency
- •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Tasks
- •Provide first- and second-level technical support for Microsoft 365 applications
- •Troubleshoot user issues with email, calendar, file sharing, and collaboration
- •Assist with user account management, including onboarding and password resets
- •Monitor and maintain the health of the Microsoft 365 environment
- •Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications on various devices
- •Assist with software installations, updates, and patches for Microsoft 365 applications
- •Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on user devices
- •Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 processes and troubleshooting guides
- •Contribute to the knowledge base and share expertise with the IT team
- •Train users on new features and best practices in Microsoft 365
