As an IT Program Manager/Coordinator, you will lead transformative projects in private banking, balancing agile and traditional methods while collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing business processes to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• •Proven experience in a similar position within financial services or private banking
• •Skilled in agile and classic project delivery
• •Exceptional ability to coordinate and manage complex topics in high-pressure environments
• •Strong communication and negotiation skills
• •Solid understanding of digital banking processes and client lifecycle management
• •Hands-on experience in business analysis and process documentation
• •Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage

Tasks

• •Lead end-to-end transformation projects using agile and traditional methods
• •Plan, execute, and track project deliverables across cross-functional teams
• •Facilitate key workshops and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• •Ensure projects meet quality, risk, and compliance standards in private banking
• •Analyze the impact of the ROC initiative on core digital banking areas
• •Collaborate with SMEs to map and document current business processes
• •Support redesigning future workflows based on analysis
• •Develop detailed process and data documentation for target-state solutions
• •Partner with architects and delivery teams to define solution designs
• •Translate business needs into technical implementations
