Requirements
- Education in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Junior or early career status
- Interest in outsourced IT or managed services
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications
- Excellent English (C1) and good German (B2)
- Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn healthcare IT and security
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable in regulated environments
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and endpoint management
- Entry level IT or cloud certifications
Tasks
- Act as the primary on-site IT contact
- Coordinate between internal users and external providers
- Support daily operations for clinical and administrative teams
- Resolve and track first-level IT support requests
- Escalate complex technical issues to outsourced partners
- Troubleshoot hardware, printers, and network connectivity
- Manage workstations, mobile devices, and user accounts
- Facilitate IT onboarding and offboarding processes
- Implement cybersecurity and data protection practices
- Manage secure remote access and sensitive patient data
- Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery
- Maintain IT documentation and system inventories
- Support healthcare applications like EHR and EMR systems
- Administer Microsoft 365, ERP, and Salesforce CRM
- Report on IT service performance and costs
- Identify and resolve recurring technical issues
- Optimize the company's core cloud application landscape
