- Perform API integrations with ERPs, shipping carriers, and marketplaces
- Provide technical product training to merchants
- Offer onboarding support to merchants
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Onboarding, and Support teams
- Troubleshoot integration issues
- Coordinate with developers for integration issues
- Develop reusable implementation templates
- Create implementation guides
- Write help center articles
- Drive customer adoption of Base.com
- Help clients optimize Base.com usage
