Tasks
- Manage and standardize sponsorship and philanthropic request processes
- Implement RGC’s impact measurement framework at project and program level
- Collect, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities with program managers and external partners
- Translate impact data into clear insights and narratives
- Collaborate with the Lead, Strategic Initiatives & Operations for alignment
- Implement and maintain a global impact measurement framework
- Consolidate impact data across programs for quality and consistency
- Produce clear and credible impact reports for enterprise and external disclosures
- Contribute data and insights to sustainability and non-financial reporting
- Support philanthropic policy governance through standardized processes
- Enable data-driven decision-making with timely portfolio insights
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance for robust controls
- Continuously improve tools and processes for efficient reporting
- Act as a subject-matter expert on impact measurement and reporting
- Build impact literacy across the team with guidance and best practices
- Translate technical data into accessible insights for non-technical audiences
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
