Requirements
- •5 years experience as HR Manager, Executive, Generalist, or Business Partner
- •Bachelor degree in HR, Master's degree a strong asset
- •2 years experience in international or unstable environments
- •Strong motivation for humanitarian work
- •Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- •Experience managing complex teams and driving transformation
- •Adaptability to fast-changing environments and strategic tasks
- •Ability to build partnerships with Management and stakeholders
- •In-depth knowledge of HR practices, systems, and databases
- •In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR administration
- •Competence in managing interpersonal relationships at all levels
- •Ability to lead and develop HR department staff
- •Experience in humanitarian or development organizations (asset)
- •Experience operating in a matrix organization (asset)
- •Mandatory fluency in English and French (C1)
- •Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, or Russian (asset)
- •Non-national status of the country of assignment
- •Good health and successful medical check-up
- •Driving license for manual transmission vehicles
- •Willingness to accept unaccompanied postings for 24 months

- •Advise management on strategic and operational HR implications
- •Lead the delegation's annual HR roadmap and strategy
- •Manage workforce planning, succession, and organizational design
- •Oversee the entire employee lifecycle and payroll validation
- •Guide HR service providers on policies and tools
- •Manage the HR budget and contingency planning
- •Partner with compensation and benefits on pay practices
- •Provide data-driven HR reporting and insights
- •Implement global HR initiatives and change management
- •Build people management capacity for managers and staff
- •Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and DEI priorities
- •Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal standards
- •Oversee learning and development programs
- •Coach and mentor the HR department team
- •Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
