  • •Oversee global talent management and people development
  • •Advise and coach senior leaders on HR needs
  • •Present the annual CEO Talent Review
  • •Coordinate annual HR processes across global teams
  • •Ensure alignment between global projects and functional priorities
  • •Provide HR generalist support to the Vernier site
  • •Counsel managers and employees on relations matters
  • •Maintain organizational compliance with Swiss employment law
