- •Licence as flight dispatcher, commercial pilot, or air traffic controller
- •Proficiency in English (ICAO Level 4)
- •Good command of French (minimum C1)
- •Up-to-date IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations certification
- •Familiarity with aviation safety and quality systems
- •Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software
- •Knowledge of Jeppesen FliteStar (advantageous)
- •10 years' experience in aviation operations
- •Non-national status of the assigned country
- •Good health and successful medical check-up
- •Driving license for manual transmission vehicles
- •Willingness to accept unaccompanied postings

- •Coordinate aircraft, crews, and cargo logistics
- •Secure flight permissions and security guarantees
- •Calculate payloads and plan fuel requirements
- •Provide flight watch and in-flight support
- •Monitor operators for charter agreement compliance
- •Establish SOPs and search-and-rescue contingency plans
- •Supervise flight operations per international guidelines
- •Lead and train crews and AirOps staff
- •Mitigate risks using the logistics control matrix
