Requirements
- •5 years experience as HR Manager, Executive, Generalist, or Business Partner
- •Bachelor degree in HR or Master's degree
- •2 years experience in international or unstable environments
- •Strong motivation for humanitarian work
- •Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills
- •Experience managing complex teams and driving transformation
- •Adaptability to fast-changing environments and tasks
- •Ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships
- •In-depth knowledge of HR practices and systems
- •In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR administration
- •Competence in managing interpersonal relationships
- •Ability to lead and develop HR staff
- •Experience in humanitarian or development organizations
- •Experience operating in a matrix organization
- •Mandatory fluency in English and French
- •Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, or Russian
- •Non-national status of the assigned country
- •Good health and cleared medical check-up
- •Driving license for manual transmission vehicles
- •Willingness to accept unaccompanied field postings

- •Advise management on strategic HR implications
- •Lead the annual HR roadmap development
- •Plan workforce structures and succession strategies
- •Guide HR service providers on policies
- •Manage the delegation's HR budget
- •Partner with C&B on pay practices
- •Provide data-driven HR reporting
- •Lead changes in HR systems and design
- •Implement global and regional HR initiatives
- •Build people management capacity in managers
- •Promote employee engagement and relations
- •Ensure compliant and high-quality HR services
- •Oversee payroll validation and legal compliance
- •Drive continuous improvement of HR processes
- •Lead Learning and Development initiatives
- •Coach managers on performance and teamwork
- •Embed wellbeing and DEI priorities
- •Manage the full employee life cycle
- •Lead and mentor the HR department team
