Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- •1–3 years of experience in HR support or operations role
- •Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence)
- •Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office
- •Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset
- •Ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
- •High attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights
- •Experience in a high growth, tech environment
- •Excellent project management skills

Tasks
- •Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
- •Process employment changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
- •Prepare and update HR documents like employment contracts and letters
- •Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- •Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems for accuracy
- •Generate HR reports and assist with compliance audits
- •Support implementation and maintenance of HR systems
- •Ensure employee files comply with company policies and legal requirements
- •Assist in updating and distributing HR policies and handbooks
- •Provide payroll and benefits administration support
- •Collaborate with departments like C&B, HRBP, and Payroll
- •Participate in HR projects to enhance operations and employee experience
