Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Experience in HR or finance field; rewards experience is a plus
  • Outstanding presentation and project management skills
  • Independent way of working
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German

Tasks

  • Translate global rewards frameworks into Swiss execution
  • Manage payroll outsourcing and optimization projects
  • Improve time management systems
  • Coordinate compensation cycles
  • Educate employees on rewards principles
  • Support payroll and time management optimization with GBS, DIT, and local P&C team
  • Implement global and local rewards practices
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation planning
  • Maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Propose local improvements to rewards practices
  • Act as local subject-matter expert on compensation, incentives, benefits, and payroll
  • Develop and deliver employee and manager education on rewards
  • Assist with compensation-related matters
  • Support HC planning and MPC budgeting
  • Provide data to finance
  • Help with rewards team reporting and compliance
  • Answer payroll-related questions for employees in Dagmersellen
  • Coordinate between organization and external payroll provider
  • Ensure accurate and timely local reporting
  • Support payroll transition and outsourcing process
