Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Proven HR or finance field experience, rewards experience is a plus
  • Outstanding presentation and project management skills
  • Independent way of working
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Fluent German, spoken and written

Tasks

  • Coordinate key rewards projects with GBS, DIT, and local P&C team
  • Implement global and local rewards practices
  • Support compensation planning for accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Propose improvements to local rewards practices
  • Act as local subject-matter expert on compensation, incentives, and benefits
  • Drive rewards transparency and understanding
  • Develop and deliver employee and manager education on rewards
  • Support compensation-related matters
  • Assist in HC planning and MPC budgeting
  • Provide data to finance
  • Support rewards team in reporting and compliance
  • Answer payroll-related questions for employees
  • Coordinate between organization and external payroll provider
  • Ensure accurate and timely local reporting
  • Support payroll transition and outsourcing process

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
