Tasks
- Manage and optimize primary and Make/Pack production operations
- Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
- Comply with local legislation, company policies, and ISO management systems
- Analyze production performance to drive continuous improvement
- Reduce waste in production processes
- Lead and develop production teams
- Plan and organize manpower and shifts
- Manufacture products according to R&D specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with QC, R&D, Engineering, and Maintenance on projects
- Oversee maintenance activities to maximize equipment efficiency
- Support efficient internal material flow
- Ensure timely delivery of semi-finished and finished products
