Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or financial accounting
- •Master's degree or similar education in Human Resources (asset)
- •Minimum 4 years of experience in a compensation focused role
- •Experience in consulting/advisory, finance, or corporate strategy
- •Experience in preparation of Compensation Report and AGM materials
- •Good understanding of HR practices and Swiss payroll
- •Leadership experience (asset)
- •Proficiency in Word, Excel (macros, vlookups, pivot tables, charts), and PowerPoint
- •Strong communication and writing skills in English
- •Any other language (benefit)
- •Analytical skills, superior attention to detail and accuracy
- •Well-organized and structured
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- •Assist in developing and implementing compensation programs
- •Support the administration of annual bonus and long-term incentive plans
- •Align compensation decisions with Basilea’s compensation philosophy
- •Participate in personnel budgeting and annual salary increase processes
- •Support annual bonus allocation and performance management processes
- •Prepare and submit data for third-party compensation surveys
- •Benchmark Basilea’s competitive position using survey results
- •Manage regular and ad-hoc data reporting in collaboration with Finance
- •Report on internal and external compensation budgets and cost accruals
- •Provide HR data analysis support for corporate planning
- •Create PowerPoint presentations for decision-making processes
- •Prepare materials for the Board’s Compensation Committee meetings
- •Compile the annual Compensation Report and related disclosures
- •Collaborate on data visualization and compliant compensation budgets
- •Lead the payroll and project team
