Requirements
- •1-3 years of relevant professional experience in an administrative or financial role
- •Experience in Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Tax, Human Resources, or similar financial/administrative functions
- •Basic understanding of Swiss employment or financial processes
- •Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
- •Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- •Great interpersonal skills and a customer-facing mindset

- •Assist in payroll processing for Swiss employees
- •Collect and organize payroll information from internal sources
- •Support processing of employment changes like new hires and terminations
- •Perform checks and verify payroll data in the system
- •Assist with preparation and filing of statutory reports
- •Serve as a contact for employee payroll inquiries
- •Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll provider
- •Support audits by providing required documentation
