- •Experience in an administrative role
- •Experience in HR or law firm
- •Rigorous organisational and prioritisation skills
- •Keen eye for detail
- •Teamwork and autonomous work skills
- •Proactive and motivated mindset
- •Willingness to learn and develop
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Understanding of confidentiality
- •Confidence with IT systems
- •Competent user of Microsoft Office

Tasks
- •Maintain and update employee records
- •Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal requirements
- •Coordinate holiday requests and sickness absences
- •Monitor working hours and lawyer workloads
- •Manage the HRIS to provide accurate reports
- •Assist with employee safety and health reporting
- •Support day-to-day HR operations and ad hoc projects
- •Review applications and coordinate candidate interviews
- •Proofread and post approved job advertisements
- •Prepare contracts and formal employment documentation
- •Execute administrative onboarding and offboarding procedures
