Requirements
- Proven experience in electronic trading and OTC flow trading
- OTC derivatives trading experience across FX, digital assets or related products (strong advantage)
- Lead and manage trading desk and traders
- Represent trading function with clients, partners, stakeholders
- Define and execute strategic direction of trading function
- Oversee trading operations including risk management, liquidity provision, market-making
- Drive development of trading platforms, pricing, execution, processes
- Monitor and manage client trading activity
- Work with senior management, Compliance, Legal, Business Development
- Maintain strong market knowledge across derivatives and digital assets
- Oversee operational and strategic account management
- Develop and mentor traders, supporting performance management
- Right to work in Switzerland (Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizen)
- Possession of Swiss work permit and/or EU citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree
