  • Experience ideally within Sales, Delivery, or comparable commercial environment
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of project management systems
  • Structuring data for scalable analytics

  • Own and evolve the reporting landscape across Sales and Delivery
  • Drive standardization of reporting frameworks

  • Optimize tool architecture
  • Prepare executive-level performance reporting
  • Consolidate reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and comparability of insights
  • Lead performance review cadences
  • Provide structured analysis of performance against KPIs, trends, and risks
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders
  • Translate data into actionable insights
  • Support operational performance and decision-making
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Promote continuous improvement
  • Drive the design of reporting tools
