Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Economics, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 10 years working experience in transaction reporting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and excellent service orientation
  • Proactive work style and strong customer focus
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German
  • Good MS-Office and MS-Excel knowledge
  • Application Avaloq know-how

Tasks

  • Monitor transaction reporting processes for FinfraG, MiFIR, and EMIR
  • Identify and resolve reporting issues for accuracy and timeliness
  • Serve as the primary contact for transaction reporting inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory transaction reporting obligations
  • Maintain and oversee in-custody and ex-custody relationships
  • Act as the first point of contact for ex-custody topics
  • Coordinate service level agreements and performance reviews
  • Facilitate communication across internal departments and external partners
  • Moderate workshops and deliver presentations to support change processes
  • Build relationships to ensure alignment across all levels
  • Develop and implement changes to optimize operational processes
  • Collaborate with senior executives to prioritize optimization initiatives
  • Translate operational goals into actionable plans
  • Lead change-related topics from initiation to completion
  • Monitor progress and address risks proactively
  • Serve as the primary contact for client performance reporting
  • Support tax operations with quality checks on client tax reports
  • Assist the Operations team during peak periods to ensure service continuity
