Requirements
- •Degree in Law, Economics, or equivalent qualification
- •At least 3 years working experience in tax-related areas
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong communication skills
- •Proactive work style with strong customer focus
- •Fluent communication skills in English and German
- •Good MS-Word and MS-Excel knowledge
- •Application Avaloq know-how is an advantage

- •Assist in producing country-specific Client Tax Reports
- •Monitor and implement new tax rules
- •Provide first-level support for client adviser inquiries
- •Collaborate on tax-related projects and technical process implementation
- •Prepare and transmit data files to the outsourcing provider
- •Monitor tax reclaim requests with the outsourcing provider
- •Ensure reimbursement chain to clients
- •Support continuous improvement of the tax reclaim process for quality enhancement
- •Reconcile, prepare, and monitor Swiss stamp taxes (Form 9) and Supplementary withholding taxes (Form 182)
- •Monitor and invoice Swiss stamp taxes for Ex-Custody clients
- •Update withholding tax rates according to Double Taxation Treaty (DTT) for Swiss and foreign clients
- •Support regulatory tax reporting topics such as U.S. Qualified Intermediary, U.S. FATCA, and CRS Reporting
- •Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance efficiency
- •Monitor and handle FinfraG, MiFIR, and EMIR Transaction Reporting
- •Recognize and resolve issues
- •Act as a contact person for institutional clients and their requests
- •Ensure compliance with all regulatory and transactional tax reporting obligations
