Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in complex project/program management
  • Experience in medical device industry or similar
  • Experience covering product development and/or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of EN13485, MDR, and FDA requirements
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional facilitation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • English fluency

Tasks

  • Orchestrate cross-functional programs and projects
  • Ensure global planning and execution consistency
  • Define and prioritize programs and projects
  • Drive execution across product development, industrialization, and operational launch
  • Ensure planning consistency and strategic alignment
  • Oversee project performance against time, budget, and risk
  • Facilitate issue resolution with key stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional projects
  • Manage Product CAPAs for timely and compliant resolution
  • Support leadership team decision-making
  • Handle project decisions and escalation management
  • Review 18-month product roadmaps
  • Provide actionable reporting and dashboards
  • Design and implement program management framework
  • Continuously improve methodologies, standards, tools, and governance
  • Train and coach teams on best practices and tooling
  • Lead and develop a team of project/program managers
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
