- Act as a medical thought partner for regional executive teams
- Deliver a unified regional perspective on priorities and portfolio optimization
- Oversee strategic medical activities across Europe and Canada
- Guide and mentor Regional Medical Leads
- Ensure alignment with global medical strategies
- Provide scientific and clinical expertise for assigned products
- Lead development of medical strategies and deliverables
- Drive data generation and analysis
- Manage scientific communications and training
- Oversee medical information and congress planning
- Engage thought leaders to advance strategic objectives
- Drive launch excellence and strategic priorities for EUCAN OBU
- Gather medical insights to inform global and regional strategies
- Lead and support Oncology Local Operating Country Medical Heads
- Represent Medical Affairs at Global Product and Brand Teams
- Provide clinician insights to enable patient-centric planning
- Identify clinical trial sites and research partners in EUCAN
- Partner with Country Heads to recruit and retain Medical Heads
- Deliver high-impact external engagement initiatives and advisory boards
- Represent the regional perspective on the Global Medical Affairs leadership team
- Serve as a member of the EUCAN Leadership Team
- Coach direct reports to support career growth and talent development
- Identify marketplace changes that offer scientific or commercial opportunities
- Design and implement Global Standard Operating Procedures with operations teams
- Oversee regional communication and implementation of SOPs
- Participate in regional medical forums and scientific conferences
