- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional data and AI initiatives in global corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and HR data application
- Proficiency with modern data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, BI tools)
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including at senior executive level
- Deep understanding of HR processes and enabling them with data, analytics and AI
- English business proficiency
- German proficiency is a plus
