Requirements
- •Educational background in Business, Finance, or Engineering
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
- •Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- •Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- •Experience with Procure-to-Pay (PtP) tools such as Coupa or Ariba
- •Experience in the business of clinical diagnostics would be considered a plus

- •Define and implement the purchasing strategy for Clinical Diagnostic categories
- •Collaborate with Category Managers and Purchasing Analysts
- •Work closely with country-level purchasing teams and internal stakeholders
- •Monitor project progress and lead corrective actions as needed
- •Build and manage strategic category plans with risk management
- •Lead global supplier sourcing activities, including RFI and RFP processes
- •Identify and implement cost leverage opportunities and best practices
- •Manage supplier issues and lead corrective actions for quality or SLA deviations
- •Track and report on KPIs, communicating performance and initiating actions if targets are unmet
- •Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationship management
- •Support ESG initiatives aligned with Eurofins Group targets
- •Oversee integration of acquired laboratories to maximize procurement synergies
- •Evaluate new tools and define processes to enhance efficiency and performance
