- Represent Qonto in Germany and Central Europe
- Define and own partner-related GTM strategy
- Set priorities and KPIs for key verticals
- Hire and lead high-performing teams
- Orchestrate the full journey of company creation, accounting, finance, and credit partnerships
- Collaborate with senior contributors to build upsell motions
- Prioritize and drive key initiatives
- Ensure execution across stakeholders
- Own full partnerships and affiliate marketing functions
