- Innovative mindset for devising unique solutions enhancing brand identity
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

- Proficiency in data interpretation to monitor, refine, and optimise brand strategies

Tasks
- Develop comprehensive global brand and narrative strategy
- Align brand strategy with Foundation’s mission and growth objectives
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all products and activities
- Establish brand governance frameworks
- Monitor alignment of public facing channels
- Translate complex health priorities into compelling narratives
- Lead creation of impact reports, digital content, and campaign materials
- Develop high-impact narratives for campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure content reflects equity, dignity, and inclusivity
- Measure and monitor brand metrics and audience insights
- Refine brand positioning and narrative performance
- Lead and develop brand and content team
- Manage external agencies and creative partners
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with Communications Director and PR Head
- Support CEO and senior leadership in thought leadership
- Provide narrative support in crisis situations
- Ensure alignment with donor visibility requirements
- Support development and fundraising teams
