Requirements

  • •Significant professional experience as Head of AI or in similar senior leadership role
  • •Deep understanding of AI technology and business transformation
  • •Strong customer-orientation mindset focused on value creation
  • •Proven leadership experience to build and manage a team
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • •Passion for innovation and contribution to a dynamic team
  • •Fluent in German and English

Work Experience

7 - 10 years

Tasks

  • •Define and own the product roadmap and KPIs for partnership offerings
  • •Focus on partner satisfaction, engagement, and renewal rates
  • •Nurture customer relationships at the C-level and Director level
  • •Act as a trusted strategic advisor to translate partner needs into value
  • •Lead and mentor a team of transformation strategists and ecosystem managers
  • •Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team
  • •Develop and execute a strategic content agenda with partners and internal experts
  • •Establish thought leadership to maximize partnership impact
  • •Create and implement a strategic plan to grow the partner base
  • •Meet ambitious acquisition targets and expand the ecosystem's reach
  • •Serve as the central point of contact for partners
  • •Ensure partner needs are met and feedback is integrated into product development
  • •Drive continuous improvement based on partner insights
