  • •Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong plus

Tasks

  • •Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across operational teams
  • •Rethink and rebuild business processes with an AI-native mindset
  • •Build and ship MVPs using cutting-edge AI tools independently
  • •Evaluate AI solutions and vendors for scaling or building capabilities
  • •Own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from idea to rollout
  • •Lead the implementation of AI-powered processes with clarity and precision
  • •Partner with department heads to drive cross-functional AI adoption
  • •Explain complex AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders
  • •Equip teams with skills to use AI tools through workshops and best practices
  • •Track adoption and impact of AI tools and report on business outcomes
