Requirements
- Top-tier academic background in Business, Economics or related field
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, VC, consulting, investment banking)
- Generalist mindset: curiosity, adaptability, comfort with new topics
- Willingness to get hands dirty and push from 0 to 1
- Availability for 4-6 month internship
- Willingness to work 5 days in Berlin office
Tasks
- Conduct virtual product demos with inbound clients
- Guide clients through our software
- Support customers via phone, email, or live chat
- Assist with customer onboarding and setup
- Connect with local heat pump and solar installers
- Manage early partner relationships
- Attend industry trade shows and events
- Build our presence in Italy
- Coordinate with global marketing for localized content
- Create localized landing pages
- Develop localized brochures
- Produce localized demo materials
- Build structured feedback loops from Italian users
- Build structured feedback loops from Italian partners
- Relay feedback to product teams
- Relay feedback to engineering teams
Work Experience
- 1 - 2 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
