- Willingness to get hands dirty and push things from 0 to 1
- Availability for a 4-6 month internship, 5 days a week in Berlin office
Tasks
- Conduct virtual product demos for inbound clients
- Guide clients through the software during demos
- Support customers via phone, email, or live chat during onboarding
- Connect with local heat pump and solar installers
- Manage early partner relationships
- Attend industry trade shows and events to enhance presence in Spain
- Coordinate with global marketing to create localized landing pages
- Develop brochures and demo materials
- Build structured feedback loops from Spanish users and partners to product teams
