  • Strategic thinking and independent problem-solving skills

  • Lead funnel optimization initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Design and operationalize the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel
  • Define lifecycle stages and qualification criteria with Sales
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and drive systematic improvements
  • Execute repeatable campaign planning and performance reviews
  • Build shared pipeline visibility and reporting with Sales
  • Establish feedback loops and improved attribution models
  • Collaborate with Sales on revenue forecasting
  • Partner with Product on positioning and launches
  • Mature marketing functions through automation and email
  • Implement lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies
  • Improve performance visibility and provide team training
