- Technical background (MSc or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales
- Experience in management consulting advantageous
- Ability to identify new customers and maintain relationships
- Ability to understand technical requirements and suggest solutions
- Passion for technology and innovation, well organized, autonomous, and prepared to travel internationally
- Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German, other languages advantageous
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications

- Conduct market research and define new products
- Create sales and training materials
- Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Produce content for marketing materials
