Requirements

  • University degree in life sciences or health economics, political science, or law
  • At least 8 years of experience in Market Access, Health Economics, Governmental/Regulatory Affairs, or Public Policy
  • Deep knowledge of Swiss and Austrian healthcare systems
  • Proven experience with reimbursement submissions
  • Strong ability to interpret tariffs and evidence requirements
  • Well-established stakeholder network in Switzerland and Austria
  • Demonstrated leadership in trade association work
  • Solid understanding of the medical device market
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align market access strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Willingness and ability to travel around 25%
  • An advanced degree is a plus

Tasks

  • Monitor and analyze healthcare policies and regulations in Switzerland and Austria
  • Influence reimbursement and market access strategies
  • Lead reimbursement submissions and translate requirements into internal deliverables
  • Interpret tariffs and evidence requirements to support business decisions
  • Represent the company in trade associations and drive healthcare policy agendas
  • Build and maintain relationships with government, payers, and medical associations
  • Provide strategic business support by anticipating market access needs
  • Develop and implement tailored business strategies
