Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or medical engineering, or related scientific disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical electrophysiology (EP) experience
  • At least 2 years of proven success in independently supporting EP mapping procedures
  • Fluency in French and English, German is a plus
  • Independent and self-reliant approach to work, strong sense of responsibility
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Capability to work effectively in EP labs and meet vendor credentialing requirements

Tasks

  • Provide clinical and technical support for AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System
  • Assist with troubleshooting and advanced clinical workflow development
  • Train hospital stakeholders and support training center development
  • Mentor new colleagues to ensure technology acceptance and skill development
  • Build and maintain strong professional customer relationships
  • Ensure responsiveness and continuous optimization of customer experiences
  • Demonstrate excellent planning skills to prioritize case coverage
  • Participate in territory reviews with Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with field service engineers and technical department
  • Contribute to new product development
  • Stay updated on product information, IFUs, and scientific literature
  • Comply with all company trainings and documentation requirements
  • Participate in regional and international congresses, symposia, and workshops
  • Represent Medtronic and share clinical best practices
