- •Prior healthcare marketing experience in Medical Devices
- •Product management experience
- •Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- •Experience driving results in a highly matrixed organization
- •Ability to travel up to 40%
- •Extensive launch experience

- •Create and execute marketing programs and growth initiatives
- •Support the Emprint, OsteoCool, and Accurian businesses
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing partners globally
- •Provide direction and leadership for ablation therapies
- •Act as the marketing leader and subject matter expert for ablation
- •Drive global portfolio marketing and annual marketing planning
- •Develop key messaging, claims, and evidence dissemination
- •Formulate competitive strategies and promotional tactics
- •Manage marketing campaigns and channel utilization
- •Create and manage global marketing resources and assets
- •Build relationships with KOLs, customers, and the Sales team
- •Attend medical society meetings and Medtronic education events
- •Analyze market demand and oversee product introductions and phase-outs
