Requirements

  • •Understanding of end-to-end process integration
  • •Experience building global process standards
  • •Experience in process governance and change
  • •Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • •Experience in operational excellence or Lean
  • •Ability to analyze process KPIs
  • •Strong people and collaboration skills
  • •Self-driven and structured working style
  • •International business experience and intercultural competence
  • •English proficiency (C1 or above)
  • •Ability to travel globally

  • •Define and govern global P2P and inventory processes
  • •Maintain SAP S/4HANA standards and templates
  • •Ensure end-to-end process and data integration
  • •Build and enable a Power User community
  • •Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions
  • •Analyze feedback to identify process improvements
  • •Lead cross-functional and regulatory projects
  • •Define business requirements and user stories
  • •Authorize and prioritize Requests for Change
  • •Manage business testing and user acceptance
  • •Develop and execute end-user training activities
