Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Advanced SAP S/4HANA knowledge with SD, PS, EPPM experience
  • •International business experience and intercultural competence
  • •Experience in process governance, project management, or automation
  • •Self-driven, structured, collaborative team player with communication skills
  • •Experience communicating with senior management across countries
  • •Experience in commercial support or service coordination
  • •Advantageous: experience in people development and coaching
  • •English (C1+) and advantageous German (B2+)
  • •Ability to travel globally up to 5–10%

Tasks

  • •Define and govern global Order-to-Cash processes
  • •Act as the Subject Matter Expert for end-to-end O2C
  • •Align processes with cross-functional global teams
  • •Build and maintain a Power User community
  • •Monitor performance KPIs and drive corrective actions
  • •Analyze feedback to prioritize process developments
  • •Define IT requirements and user stories for SAP S/4HANA
  • •Manage global process documentation and user manuals
  • •Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and business cases
  • •Authorize and govern Requests for Change
  • •Manage business testing and final deployment releases
  • •Develop and execute training for end users
