Requirements
- •At least two years of professional experience in operational purchasing
- •Solid knowledge of SAP ERP systems; experience with S/4HANA is considered an advantage
- •Confident and experienced in working with SAP and common MS Office tools
- •Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
- •Collaborative mindset and proactive, solution-oriented working style
- •Relevant further education aligned with the area of expertise is desirable

- •Purchase materials according to technical specifications
- •Manage supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance
- •Support internal stakeholders with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery
- •Oversee the full purchasing cycle from PO validation to order delivery
- •Resolve day-to-day purchasing issues and invoice queries
- •Track supplier performance against key performance indicators
- •Ensure material availability and manage inventory levels
- •Maintain master data and resolve gaps with Category Management
- •Monitor and optimize the MRP process, addressing gaps with Power users
- •Process invoices and create credit/debit notes
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- •Ensure adherence to supply agreements and preferred vendor lists
- •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement
- •Provide operational support to internal clients and collaborate on purchasing decisions
