- Counsel leaders on performance
- Manage pay for employees
- Support career development
- Handle disciplinary actions
- Address people and cultural issues
- Support recruiting efforts
- Support internal recruiting
- Identify people-related risks
- Manage people-related risks
- Advise on long-term risk mitigation
- Provide expertise in employment law
- Provide expertise in regulatory employment aspects
