Requirements

• •Medical Doctor (MD) degree
• •15+ years pharmaceutical or biotech experience
• •Extensive Medical Affairs senior leadership experience
• •Track record in global medical strategy
• •Experience in primary care product commercialization
• •CNS therapeutic area experience
• •Leadership of cross-functional global teams
• •Experience with publications and congress strategy
• •Phase IIIb/IV and evidence generation experience
• •Clinical Development and trial design collaboration
• •Strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities
• •Exceptional scientific communication and influencing skills
• •Ability to translate complex data

Tasks

• •Provide strategic medical leadership across the product lifecycle
• •Shape global medical and brand strategies for insomnia products
• •Serve on the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team
• •Manage Global Medical Directors and Medical Affairs staff
• •Co-lead the global brand strategy for daridorexant
• •Communicate scientific value to internal and external stakeholders
• •Oversee medical communication plans and publication strategies
• •Direct the scientific presence at international congresses
• •Develop scientific materials for training and external engagement
• •Create medical content for field teams and educational meetings
• •Chair the daridorexant Publication Working Group
• •Execute Phase IIIb, Phase IV, and real-world evidence strategies
• •Provide medical input for clinical trial concepts and protocols
• •Support trial execution, data interpretation, and reporting
• •Review and approve investigator-sponsored trials for compliance
