  • Identify opportunities to boost sales productivity
  • Implement innovative tools and a mobile-first approach
  • Strengthen CRM knowledge through training and coaching
  • Create content for the CRM Knowledge & Training Portal
  • Shape and govern the CRM Core
  • Define and monitor standardized business processes
  • Define and monitor standardized data models
