Selling Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to large enterprise customers in Switzerland. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs required. Hybrid work, 4-week workation option.
Requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Selling to large enterprise customers in Switzerland
- Selling complex software deals
- Understanding of consumption-based land and expand models
- Creating demand for substantial business value
- Following robust sales methodologies and processes
- Building effective champions and collaborative teams
- Developing and managing partner strategy
- Identifying use cases and buying centers
- Fluent English and German language skills
Tasks
- Assess key accounts to develop revenue and consumption strategies
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue and consumption targets
- Build positive relationships with key decision makers, including C-level executives
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on Data and AI
- Identify new business opportunities within key accounts
- Develop expand and consumption use cases for key accounts
- Orchestrate and utilize internal teams to maximize ecosystem impact
- Showcase exceptional value in all client engagements
- Guide successful negotiations to close deals
