Requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Sales experience to enterprise customers in Switzerland
- Sales experience in data, AI/Big Data/cloud solutions
- Understanding of consumption-based sales models
- Demand creation delivering business value
- Following sales methodologies (account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Command of the Message, forecasting)
- Building champions and collaborative teams
- Developing and managing partner strategy
- Identifying use cases and buying centres for Databricks impact
- Fluent English and German language skills
Tasks
- Manage and grow a select group of enterprise clients
- Foster executive-level relationships to identify new use cases
- Secure new business to expand Databricks’ footprint
- Assess key accounts to develop revenue and consumption strategies
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build positive relationships with key decision makers
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Data & AI
- Identify new business opportunities within key accounts
- Develop expand and consumption use cases
- Orchestrate internal teams to maximize ecosystem impact
- Showcase exceptional value in all engagements
- Guide successful negotiations to close deals
