Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- 4+ years inside sales experience
- Proven success in sales forecasting
- Experience with Technology Industry Channel Partners
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Exceptional customer and partner relationship skills
- Selling experience in Cloud environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Salesforce.com experience
- Willingness for light travel
- Ability to balance short-term pressures
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills
- Passion for sales and relationship building
- Understanding of data science and AI
- Additional European languages (advantageous)
Tasks
- Achieve at least 100% of sales quotas
- Maintain and submit accurate sales forecasts
- Qualify new enterprise account opportunities
- Present solutions and overcome customer objections
- Negotiate and close business via phone and Teams
- Collaborate with channel, field sales, and marketing
- Build direct relationships with enterprise customers
- Partner with channel members to grow territory sales
- Manage all aspects of the selling cycle
- Develop strategic relationships to understand computing needs
- Deliver the company's value proposition and product messaging
