Requirements
- Relevant experience as Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer or similar instrumentation role in aerospace
- Mandatory aerospace background
- Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related technical field
- Strong understanding of data acquisition, telemetry, and sensor technologies
- Experience integrating and validating instrumentation hardware and software
- Ability to work hands-on with flight hardware in demanding test environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across technical teams
- Willingness to travel internationally for flight test activities
- Experience with unmanned systems highly valued

- Identify and define data acquisition requirements
- Design flight test instrumentation systems
- Develop telemetry architecture and sensor integration
- Implement reliable real-time telemetry systems
- Install and calibrate instrumentation systems
- Validate and maintain unmanned aerial platforms
- Ensure accurate data acquisition during flight tests
- Support on-site flight test operations
- Troubleshoot instrumentation issues in fast-paced environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Improve testing capabilities and data reliability
- Contribute to scalable instrumentation processes
