Requirements
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Control Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field
- Expert-level C++ proficiency for real-time embedded systems and RTOS
- Strong experience with Python, MATLAB, or Simulink
- Deep understanding of digital signal processing, control theory, and sensor fusion
- Experience with inertial navigation systems and familiarity with related parameters
- Solid understanding of embedded hardware systems
- Experience developing robust algorithms for high-performance applications
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform systems into mathematical solutions
- Enjoyment of solving technical problems at intersection of physics, software, engineering
- Thrives in fast-moving, experimental, innovative environments
- Combines scientific rigor with hands-on execution
- Ability to turn theoretical models into reliable field systems
- Collaborative, curious, and motivated by pushing technology boundaries
Tasks
- Drive core algorithms for advanced inertial measurement technologies
- Lead development of mathematical architecture for inertial measurement units
- Build and maintain advanced digital twin models
- Design and implement high-speed control loop algorithms
- Develop Extended Kalman Filters and sensor fusion algorithms in C++
- Integrate AI-driven approaches for noise reduction and thermal compensation
- Analyze raw sensor data to validate performance
- Establish ground truth benchmarks for system accuracy
- Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, embedded software, AI, and flight control teams
- Contribute to next-generation autonomous navigation systems
