Facilities Supervisor(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Facility Management certification
• Three years related progressive experience
• Knowledge of surrounding area and hospitality
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints
• Warm demeanour and empathetic approach
• Attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Fluent German and English

Tasks

• Deliver high-quality cleaning and pest control services
• Manage mail, reception, and security operations
• Oversee food services and light maintenance
• Manage Tier 2 supplier relationships and service agreements
• Train and coach team members on service standards
• Coordinate daily activities and staff work schedules
• Cross-train staff to ensure operational flexibility
• Act as the escalation point for landlords and providers
• Inspect common area equipment for proper operation
• Arrange regular maintenance for facility equipment
• Design and oversee building disinfection schedules
• Present performance reports and efficiency suggestions to management
• Conduct market research to evaluate new vendors
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
• Manage budgets through forecasting and contract negotiations
• Perform cost savings and variance analysis
• Evaluate supplier performance in monthly and quarterly meetings
• Analyze trends and deliver consolidated monthly reports
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives
• Implement new techniques to improve team performance
• Follow established security and emergency procedures
